Show Me Your Number (SMYN) is a registered NPO and NPC established in 2010. We use sport, arts, and culture to raise awareness and advocate for HIV and TB prevention. Our mission is to empower youth, promote health, and strengthen communities.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a strategic HR Business Partner to align HR strategies with organisational goals. You will partner with senior leadership to drive a high-performance culture, enhance employee engagement, and ensure compliance with labour legislation and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies supporting organisational objectives
- Advise on workforce planning, organisational design, and talent management
- Lead employee engagement, performance management, and professional development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR best practices
- Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to leadership
- Support change management and organisational development
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ HR experience, including 2+ years in a strategic role
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour legislation, and organisational development
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- NGO sectors experience advantageous
